ProRes 444 XQ Quicktime codec

Is there a ProRes 444 XQ Quicktime codec download link from Apple ?

If not, how could the codec be obtained? Via other OEM ?

Mac Pro (Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
